The number one reason you should watch this movie? A choreographed dance number led by none other than Kurt Lockwood and Jack Lawrence. Ok, so there are actually a ton of reasons to check out "The Real Boogie Nights," but I'd say that is definitely in the top three. Lockwood directs this movie, as well as performs in it, and he brings a flair to this film that is rarely seen in the adult industry. This movie is more like an average run of the mill film, just with bonus sex scenes. And those sex scenes are great. My favorite is the first one with Lockwood and "Skater Girl" (Sunny Lane) who is on skates throughout the entire movie. Being a former figure skater and current roller derby girl, I give her so many props for fucking on skates - that takes some extreme talent (and it is great to see her showcase the skills she learned growing up, before she got into the industry). Lockwood's acting, personality and facial expressions carry the film, and of course, Lawrence helps out with this as well. The two of them together are double trouble. Ron Jeremy also has a main role in the film, but believe it or not, he's never naked or fucking anyone. This is one of the few films I've seen in which the male talent really carries the film, and boy oh boy, they do an awesome job in this one. Hot boys, sexy girls, 70's clothing, a musical dance number, sex on skates, and a commentary about coke within the industry? There is so much to love. Make sure you take a look at this one!
